Insurance-Covered Birth & Postpartum Doula Support

Birth & Postpartum Doula Services

Community-based birth and postpartum doula services are offered to a limited number of first-time parents each year through insurance-covered care. This work is held with intention and care, allowing me to remain present and grounded for the families I support.

Because availability is limited, not all inquiries can be accommodated.

Who These Services Are For

Doula services are available to:

  • First-time mothers

  • Individuals using insurance coverage for doula services

  • Families seeking community-based, culturally aware support

These services are not offered on a self-pay, one-on-one basis outside of insurance.

What Doula Support Includes

Insurance-covered doula services may include:

  • Prenatal education and preparation

  • In-person labor and birth support
(with clear communication regarding backup doula coverage when needed)

  • Postpartum education and support

This care focuses on education, advocacy, and emotional support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Limited Availability

To ensure quality and sustainability, only 3–4 doula clients are accepted per year. Availability varies and is not guaranteed.

Early inquiry is encouraged.

Additional Support Options

For expectant mothers who would benefit from ongoing education, reflection, or community support beyond insurance-covered doula care, the Women’s Reflection & Learning Membership is available.

The membership offers:

  • monthly educational content

  • guided reflection

  • quarterly group sessions

  • access to community

Membership is optional and not required to receive insurance-covered doula services.

Women’s Reflection & Learning Membership

$49/month

This membership is designed for women seeking thoughtful guidance, reflection, and emotional growth—without pressure, urgency, or constant access. It offers space to learn, process, and grow at a steady, respectful pace while remaining connected to the community.

Rather than ongoing high-touch support, this membership centers shared learning, personal reflection, and intentional connection—allowing you to engage deeply while honoring your own rhythm.

What’s Included:

Monthly Teaching
Each month, members receive a pre-recorded teaching focused on emotional wellness, personal growth, relationships, identity, and life transitions. These teachings are designed to be practical, grounding, and easy to revisit.

Guided Reflection & Journaling
Monthly reflection prompts and journaling guidance support integration of the material and encourage personal insight between teachings.

Quarterly Live Group Session
Members are invited to a live 90-minute virtual group gathering held four times per year. These sessions offer space for reflection, shared learning, and thoughtful discussion.

Private Community Space
Access to a members-only community group for connection, encouragement, and shared reflection. This space is peer-supported and lightly moderated.
